How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs during warmer months or for shipments to hot climates to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

What is the shelf life of your pralines and truffles?
Our handcrafted pralines are best enjoyed within 4-6 weeks of delivery. To maintain freshness, store them in a cool, dry place between 60-65°F (15-18°C).
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a custom gift message which we will print on a premium card and include with your order.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for a resolution.
